Eyeball Function and Location

Eye is like a ping-pong ball either big and the form for adult people. Eyeballs are placed in a little hollow area in the skull. The eyelid function to protect the front part of the eye. Eye lid will protect eye, clean and moist the eye by opening and shut several times in a minute.
Eyelid also have a reflexes moving automatically as body responses, to protect the eye. If there is a think to come close to the eye automatically this eyelids will close, this called as blink. Eyelashes is work together with eyelids to keep the eye from dirt and other unwanted material to shut off your eyes.

Eyeball consist of white part that called as Sclera. Sclera is made from tough material and has function to cover the eyeball. If you look closely to the white part of the eye you can see there is a lines that look like tiny pink threads, these are blood vessels, a tiny tubes that deliver blood the sclera.

The other part of the eye is cornea, a transparent dome, place in front of the colored part of the eye. Cornea have a function like camera, make the eye focus as light makes its way through. Cornea have flexible lens that can be arrange the curve diameter so that the eye can see and focus to the think on certain location.
